My Newest....Vintage Tinsel Style Cowns

These are my newest creations and all hand formed and creped. These consist of german die cuts, vinatge music sheets, german crushed glass, bubble glass magic and of course Crepe Paper. If crepe isn't utilized in some form or fashion then it isn't Whim & Fancy! If you're wondering what the inspiration is....Pipe Cleaners! I will be offering a class on these in the near future!
